Empower Kickboxing

If you want a high intensity workout using skills based kickboxing to improve cardio, speed and strength, this class is for you! If you're concerned about co-ordination, don't be, our kickboxing coach will teach you all the basics of punching and kicking using proper kickboxing techniques. If you are unsure what to expect because you have never done kickboxing before, don't be afraid to join in a class because our kickboxing classes are made to suit all levels of fitness and skills. Empower kickboxing classes have been designed by our coach to not only help you get into shape, but to have fun while you're doing it!

Empower Gym Circuit includes a variety of equipment throughout the gym including swiss ball, TRX, machine weights, free weights, BOSU and more. A variety of challenging toning exercises. Great for increasing fitness levels. Work at your own pace. A fun class for everyone.

Yoga class will help you develop good posture and confident you from the inside out. The class will include a combination of strength breathing, body awareness and relaxation exercises because a health center is not just about strong ab muscles. Poses are predominantly floor based with some standing and no big inversions. This class is suitable for all levels but please talk to your instructor if you have any issues or questions.

Stabilize Me

These exercises are designed to encourage appropriate muscle activation to improve strength, stability and flexibility. This class will teach you exercises which help you recover from and prevent injury. This is a great follow up class for people who have finished physiotherapy but are still working on full recovery. Also designed to increase body awareness and proprioception so everyone can get something out of this class.
