Empower has virtual classes that provides you with the broadest variety and the most convenience possible so you can get the workout you want, when you want.

With Virtual you can select from over 1500+ classes all instructed by world-class trainers, with new classes coming out every 6 weeks.

Classes are super convenient. You can book one at anytime, including weekends or even midnight, so you never have to miss a workout.

If you’re a little shy, no worries, book a class for yourself and feel comfortable learning something new. If it doesn’t take then there’s no commitment to stay for the whole class, just find something new that fits you!

Tutorials or breakdowns of more intense work-outs are also available, so you don’t get left behind or overwhelmed during a class.
